Wind sensor with digital display. Registers wind speeds up to and over 100 mph. Powered by a coin battery for several months of typical use. Comes with a 25' wire standard, up to 500' custom. Mount the sensor on your pole or tripod, in a field or a building. Continuously monitor wind speed, store max & average. This anemometer is great for applications where AC power is not available.

VORTEX "FlexWire" ANEMOMETER »
Wind sensor with digital display. Registers wind speeds up to and over 100 mph. Powered by a coin battery for 1-2 years of typical (intermittent) use. Comes with a 25' flexible, wire with an audio-type 2.5mm (1/8") connector to the display (unlike the Pole Mount which comes with exterior grade wire and no jack connection - bare wire ends).
It is basically a wind sensor with extra wire that you can easily coil up and put away. It is the same exact head and wire as is used on the Mag Mount and Window Mount units.

Comes with a 2-piece car window mount. The wind speed sensor is mounted on a rugged pole that is removable with a simple twist. Mounts in seconds.
Our most simplistic anemometer. For applications where all you need is the wind sensor. Reed switch and magnet in the head require zero power, and provide one pulse per rotation.
